Job Description:
- Manage HR document administration and filing for the needs of both the Head Office and projects.
- Prepare and monitor employee administration and pre-mobilization requirements as needed for projects.
- Support the employee recruitment and onboarding process, including scheduling interviews, psychological tests, medical checkups, and new employee administration.
- Manage the candidate database and talent pool administration.
- Monitor and compile data on attendance, leave, and other employee administrative matters.
- Manage employee business travel administration, including booking accommodations and verifying travel expenses.
- Support HR operational administration, including creating Purchase Requests (PRs), sourcing training vendors, managing invoices, drafting employee correspondence, and executing HR activities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in HR or administration is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong administrative, document management, and data processing skills.
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and possesses good time management skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
