Job Description:

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including quotations and tender submissions.
• Develop project estimations covering manpower, equipment, materials, schedules, and overall project costs.
• Conduct engineering analyses to support project planning and technical recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure project requirements are translated into effective technical and commercial solutions.
• Monitor contract implementation, project costs, and support continuous improvement to achieve project objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Mining Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in engineering, construction, geotechnical, or related projects (more experience is an advantage).
• Good understanding of project management, cost estimation, and cost control.
• Proficient in geotechnical and engineering software, such as PLAXIS, AutoCAD, SketchUp, RS2, Slide2, or similar applications.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and commercial teams.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a dynamic project environment.
• Ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals, including project estimations and tender documents.
