Mining Support Series
HOCK® Mining grid is manufactured from high tenacity polyester and is coated with a flame-resistant and antistatic coating. covering wide range of tensile strength, from 30 kN/m to 1200 kN/m. Standard roll size is 5m x 100m, but shorter, narrower rolls can be supplied upon request. Coming with high quality advantages of high tensile modulus and inert chemical characteristics, mine grid is predominantly used in mining engineering, such as longwalls and highwalls, and other fireproof structures.
Geo Grid & Geo Mattress
HockGrid® PP Knitting Geogrid is an engineered polypropylene yarns with polymer coating for soil stabilisation, separation & reinforcement applications. It can be application in PH 1-14 and better in concrete. Hock® Geo Mattress are installed to provide protection against periodic high flows. Hock® Geo Mattress are comprised of concrete-filled elements and unfilled areas that allow for the establishment of vegetation.

TMP® Geocell
TMP® Geocell is a lightweight and flexible three-dimensional, expandable panels made from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) strips which are ultrasonically bonded together to form an extremely strong configuration. Infilled with compacted soil, a Cellular Confinement System (CCS) is to create a new entity with enhanced mechanical and geotechnical properties. Traditionally used in slope protection and earth retention applications, geocells made from advanced polymers are being increasingly adopted for a long-term road and rail support.
HDPE Geocell
On the jobsite, all sections of geocell are fastened together and placed directly on the surface of the subsoil or placed on the geotextile covered on the roadbed surface. the sections are stretched and expanded with stretcher. geocell extended to cover several tens of meters may consist of hundreds of individual cells, depending on the size of the section and the whole area. They are then filled with a variety of filler materials such as soil, sand, aggregate or recycled materials, and then compacted using vibration compaction.
