Job Description:

  • Check and confirm payment documents to make sure all data is correct
  • Process payments using e-banking systems safely and on time
  • Update daily bank balances and manage petty cash records
  • Prepare and organize bank-related documents
  • Reconcile advance payments and follow up on outstanding balances

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Economics
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a finance-related role, preferably in Accounts Payable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Able to organize, file, and manage financial documents properly
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and accurate
  • Strong communication skills and able to work effectively in a team
