Job Description:
- Check and confirm payment documents to make sure all data is correct
- Process payments using e-banking systems safely and on time
- Update daily bank balances and manage petty cash records
- Prepare and organize bank-related documents
- Reconcile advance payments and follow up on outstanding balances
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Economics
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a finance-related role, preferably in Accounts Payable
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Able to organize, file, and manage financial documents properly
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and accurate
- Strong communication skills and able to work effectively in a team
